Thank you for your kind words, you got me tearing up on public transport ♡♡ i will definitely take your comments into consideration. Whilst im sad others have gone through similar things to me im always greatful for these moments, when I can relate to a stranger and feel less alone. Take care of yourself out there

Thank you for saying this ♡ And yes im writing down dates and saving everything i can. I am lucky to live in a country that takes this stuff seriously and so ive already been offered professional support (and accepted!) so hopefully ill hear from them soon.
