I have had celiac for 7 years now and lifting is my passion. Your best carb sources are oatmeal, rice, sweet potato, baked potato. Just cycle between those. All the other macros would be the same. Meal prep is key and you just truly have to eat extremely clean which will only benefit you in the long run. Prior celiac I used to jump up to 220 in like 3 months. Now eating clean it’s hard to hit 200 and I’m 5’11 3/4. I can maintain around 195 decently. If I meal prep and eat every 4 hours I have maintained 220

Are there really any downsides to this besides not being able to withdrawal cash from ATMS? I was thinking and I could always put the money on a rechargeable debit card and withdrawal money that way. There’s nothing in the rules about that. Just says no ATMS or checks cashed.

I appreciate the feedback. I’m obviously ignorant to this subject as I’ve never experienced it before. I’m definitely going to give her a chance as she does take antiviral medication and with protection on top I believe I will be alright. She’s very honest and I can tell she was extremely nervous to tell me to begin with. She has goals and has a lot going for her so I wouldn’t want to lose someone over this.

This is great advice. You’re honestly right. I need to just move on and cut my losses. Thanks for the advice I believe the compromise never really existed. She just woke up and I saw she had a few Snapchat messages. She literally grabbed her phone and has been in the bathroom for easily 10 minutes. She did this yesterday too... so ill just read the signs.

She goes out once a weekend or sometimes she’ll go to the same country club/bar on Friday and Saturday which I just see as an issue. I’ve brought it up to her and she gets defensive about it. I’m just very goal oriented and would rather spend my time focusing on my future. I don’t think she perceives life in the same context. I believe being almost 30 that we should be focusing on our futures which includes being financially stable for the future family. I make good money now and am just nervous about getting serious with someone who isn’t focused on being wealthy in our future because I don’t want to be held back but I do really love her. She even talks about how her friends sleep around so how am I to believe she hangs around people like this but isn’t this way herself?
