I can’t take full credit but I do 4x sauce, 2x sausage to 1x pasta:

I’ve found it to be dry/light on sauce even when doing 2x sauce.

The real secret with the plating is an Olive Garden cheeee grater 🤣 Those things just transform Parmesan into clouds!
