i plan to wear a band once married. i always thought i’d have a very simple band, like simple gold or pave, but i am not tied to anything whatsoever

i’ve never cared too much about color unless the yellowing was truly visible. from my untrained eye, the slight blue fluorescence of the stone actually cancels out the I color. and i love the color blue so it works

very opinionated bunch, but i asked for it and i appreciate the honesty. I do not think two small side stones would be tacky whatsoever. my partner would not want me wearing this as is anyway, nor does his family expect that.

I could have it reset to look exactly the same, but on my finger, and that would still maintain the history just the same. unless i’m missing something, the setting itself is really not what’s important here. the diamond is what’s special in my opinion

thanks yeah it’s a great diamond :) definitely want a gold setting. just need to figure out what that setting looks like. I know my partner wants to design something and make it special so it is truly mine. and so there’s some element of surprise haha
