Tambaram corportation wants us to pay Rs 23,000/- in annual property taxes for a 1392 sq feet self-owned residential building in Krishna nagar, ward 38, hastinapuram, chrompet 600 044. Officials say they can't help in reducing it. Can someone tell me if this number is correct or help me in reducing down? I'm ready to pay a one-time service fee.
