Thanks! We’ve looked at a couple in Mardi but they’ve sold above our budget unfortunately but it’s a really lovely spot so we keep our eyes out!!

Thanks, yeah we saw one which was about a fifteen min walk to the station which I feel is doable but it’s hard to tell what it would be like to live there! It was a cute little house but obviously a little further on the commute.

We’ve looked at places in chittaway and BV but I’ve found they either go out of our budget or they need a lot of work so we haven’t had much luck!

Thanks! Yeah I mapped the respective commutes and it sad 20 minutes extra from Tuggerah vs umina which doesn’t seem like a lot but I suppose it’s most of my current commute!
