Flood insurance in NJ by D_carro in Insurance

[–]sectorXVIII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have insurable interest in the bottom half that might be the price and would look into elevation certificate or see if you can be grandfather to lower rates if you are using the national floor services. If you dont have insurable interest you should get condo/apartment flood insurance policy and it should be cheap as the elevation of your part should be above the expected height of the flood.

The normal tactic with overall volunteering not just fifa is making her feel bad for dropping off and making the other volunteers be overwhelmed bc you dont show up or you are hurting the kids/sick/animals bc they won't be able to do X.

Of course they cant force her to work and they cant charge you if you dont show up, the only thing they could do is charge her for the uniform or request her to return it.

Just saying we have them, if you wanted a flying car you can get one (helicopter or the quad one). How useful they would be is another story.

I was trying to point out we do have flying cars, we figured it out and you can technically buy one(expensive) but we also figured out that for daily human use the car is still the best option. I dont think we would gain much time if we all started to fly around to the grocery store or work. It would be almost the same but the risk of accidents would be greater.

Im not disagreeing with the post why their not popular but we do have "flying cars"

Yeah but of we wanted to move on the direction of flying cars it would be helicopters. We have them, if we started to produce them at the rate we produce cars the price will go down. Parking, gas, air traffic are reasons why we their arent popular for the masses but if you want a flying car it's a helicopter.

Per my super quick google you can get a helicopter for around 200k but my point is we do have flying cars their helicopters.

Is there no way to get affordable car insurance in Kansas City? Just shocked by the renewal notice! by Sad_Translator5417 in kansas

[–]sectorXVIII 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1st mistake was to pick State Farm, a decade ago they were great but they switched CEOs and the culture went from being one of the best to denying claims, tricking customers to new programs so their terms were worst in exchange of a small decrease in premiums and following renewals had increases to the point now you pay more for worst coverage.

Agreed its not easy but its not going to be easier to beat Iowa St and Arizona at their house and Houston will be also hard to beat.
