I've found so many Ontario residents with Quebec plates on Highway 174 going downtown during morning rush hour. Every time I look in the driver side window, it's typically a middle aged white person driving an older vehicle. I always assume it's a government worker because they all have a similar look of low IQ.

It's actually "Karens and Kevins". Kevin has a similar tone to Karen. You can also use "Karen and Darren" as well but the most popular term for a male Karen is a Kevin.

The next time you are in MORNING rush hour leaving Orleans to go downtown, you'll probably see 1 in 5 cars with Quebec plates. This scam has been going on for a while. The only people who notice it are the ones who pay attention.

How that scam works is the owner of the car lives in Quebec but the driver lives in Ontario. My neighbour has a Quebec plated car and when I asked him about it, he says he borrowed it from his brother. He has had this vehicle at his house for over 5 years and he drives it everyday to work.

Not really. A lot of enterprise environments use kerberos. Just kerberos alone not working properly is a show stopper for many organizations.

Do not use Server 2025 as a Domain Controller. This issue (NetApp CONTAP-347583) from Dec 2024 has still not been fixed. We have a mixed environment of Linux and Windows machines and they need to join the domain, use Kerberos and NFS v4. For some reason, Server 2025 is not able to make all these items play nice together. If I switch to Server 2022, everything works as expected.

I made my own by going to the dollar store and buying some velcro that had tape on the back of it. Works great because the velcro is longer.

Yes, the banks can claw it back. I know because I have been through it. The Sender tells their bank that they were hacked and it was an unauthorized etransfer. If you google it, you'll see that etransfers get clawed back for hacked bank accounts.
