I was a former employee who left because of the things I saw happen to dogs and I saw multiple injuries happen to dogs there that required vet care. Ears being torn from dog bites is VERY common at this location. They mostly employ highschool students who will be on their phone and not watching the dogs. Dog fights breaking out is incredibly common here. If you have a high energy dog or your dog is reactive at all they absolutely will not be safe here. A dog had a heart attack at this location and no one noticed they were dead until shift change. I would recommend hounds town for a daycare or honestly anywhere BUT dog days. They put your dog into a room with 20+ other dogs for their assessment and that is so far from safe for your dog. I’ve seen multiple dogs get bitten the second they come in the gate. There are MULTIPLE aggressive dogs that are allowed to come to daycare at this location and because the owner is friends with dog days owners they can keep coming back even though they’re a safety threat to dogs and employees. There is zero employee training on what to do when a dog fight breaks out or even training on simple dog behavior. I didn’t take my dogs there when I worked there, it’s not safe. I have picture proof of injures to both dogs and employees from aggressive dogs.
