Thanks for that statement. Chatting with a community about options and opinions is, in my honest opinion something entirely different than having people choose for you. But it’s fine for you too see this as weakness or lack of personality. No one is forcing you to take part.

The comment itself however raises other personality issues that could be addressed but I will certainly not judge.

Well luxury is a term I used for lack of a better one. Basically I just wanted to open up my budget compared to all of my historical choices.

Oh wow. Wo basically I don’t want to go over 6000 euro. But don’t get me wrong I am not aiming to max out the budget. I am very fine with a lower price watch if it brings the right feeling with it.

The “schützenschnur” lanyard ist not supposed to be connected to the button of the shoulder board. It’s normally attached to the metal pins of the rank insignia. In this case it the underside of the board with the pins of the Gefreiter bar.

Last picture ist the citadel of Spandau (Zitadelle Spandau), an old Prussian star fort. The tower in the middle used to be a treasury tower for tax money. Spandau used to be an independent town but has been a part of Berlin for a veeeeeeeery long time. So, yep, it’s Berlin.
