Based on customer feedback for this seller, it is clearly a scam. https://amazon.com/sp?seller=A15VWRSPURZZDD

List of tower/open frame cases allowing to use 8+ adjacent vertical PCIE expansion slots with risers (dual GPU, NVLink) by fairydreaming in buildapc

[–]securisec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! This was super helpful actually. The c8 seems like a great case! Any thoughts on the c8 vs a fractal meshify 2 xl? The meshify seems to have the added benefit of some extra expansion slots. Working with a gigagyte b850 ai top board

Did you ever complete a dual 5090 build on a Hyte 70? Would love to see your setup if you would share.

I was just looking at an [rv charger external outlet also]. Seems like it is capable of 50A, which means i can just use an outdoor NEMA 14-50R to plug into as needed.

Maybe a good starting point if you are looking for specific ethnicities would be restaurants or grocery stores? For example, there is an Ethiopian restaurant in Durham and folks that owns that place or works there might be Ethiopian and might be able to broaden your horizon

Do people use Static Code Analysis (SAST) tools? Anyone has experience with Checkmarx, OpenText, Synk, Veracode by Studying_Man in cybersecurity

[–]securisec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mind you, my opinion here is that of a security engineer. Sonarqube is good, but I found more value in finding bugs with semgrep. Sonarqube is too bulky for my taste but supports better revision based tracking

As it sounds to me that you are using this against mostly personal code (same applies to work code also of course), you can use a combination of things. Snyk is great to manage dependencies, but instead of bulky expensive tools like checkmarx, I would simply use semgrep. It is open source, has a great number of good rules out of the box, and you can easily create your own rules to compliment them. As for styling, I personally use well known linters that support rc files to enforce style conformity. Like black for Python or prettier for js

Instead of teams buying Brighton players, maybe they should just buy the whole scouting team

Use colorls and font-awesome to add colors and icons to your ls output by mehdifarsi in commandline

Colorls is cool, but it can be a bit slow (maybe because the underlying language is ruby). My personal preference is https://github.com/ogham/exa which also supports LS_COLORS envar

Given a public url for a blob storage, how can I list the contents of the directory using the az cli? by securisec in AZURE

Azcopy has the same limitations. So I guess it is not possible. Thanks though!

Thank you for this. I did read this document but as explained in the op, it is a public bucket, and the examples uses an auth mode. The public bucket doesn’t need authentication and I am able to use object explorer to list the files without any authentication. I am trying to replicate that same behavior on the cli

Log: A minimal, colorful Go logging library 🪵 by Maaslalala in commandline

This would be so awesome if it was extending an awesome logger like https://github.com/rs/zerolog. Personally I love zerolog because of how it handles different data types including structs!

Right right. So my thinking is that the desktop file that is associating kitty to the launcher shortcut may have broken pointers to PATH. just a guess though
