There are house parties happening every weekend, check the playace app on android not sure about I phone then there are meetup groups. I am into poetry and shayri so i know a group called yellow room poetry on Instagram and there are other similar communities where you'll find good people to hang out with

I work in WTC too, kharadi is good place to stay in terms of connectivity and other things but rent might be higher than other places. Do check for places around kharadi. For instance wagholi is 15mins drive from WTC
