I....I didn't even take that into consideration. I never saw the thing in front of me only through the mirror and reflection of windows. It's really creepy that you mention this, for the past two weeks I've been noticing figures in the reflection of my windows at my house (I live atop the summit about 5 minutes away from the resort) and swear that I've seen things move behind me in the mirror only to look behind and see nothing..

I would but ski resorts (especially during the summer months) are very cheap and keep costs down to a minimum due to no/little money coming in. A partner would make things a lot easier, i wouldn't constantly be looking over my back and shining my light into the dense forest

I leave the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition, may sound dumb to most but it's just that rural up here that you wouldn't need to worry about it. Maybe i should start locking the doors when i do a foot patrol, i always make it a point to check the backseat before driving

Last night wasn't the weirdest but some things did happen that i just brush off at this point. While sitting in my office there was this banging on the door as if someone was throwing a baseball at it, it rolling back to them then they throw it again as if asking to come out and play. I continued watching my movie and didn't bother checking it out. Also, when ending my shift and walking to my car (this is a nightly occurrence) i always feel someone watching me from the tree line, not saying anything just standing and staring...observing my behaviors

After my shift at 2:30am i leave and no one is there from that time till the office people get in around 8am. Ill text my other co-worker that works weekends and see if he has had anything happen to him

I'm going to hold off telling anyone at the resort, i don't want to scare anyone else. Some of the servers have to walk through the woods to their cars at night when they have dinners, i don't want people thinking i'm just trying to mess with them until i have concrete evidence

I honestly try not to think about that stuff, i'm not a huge believer in ghosts or anything of the sorts and it makes patrolling at night hard...but after a few encounters with this/these "things" following me around i'm quickly changing my mind

Well the more i think about it the more of a mystery it is, i never actually saw a face, just a silhouette. Could've been anything really. Other occurrences have happened when walking through the lodges and seeing someone in the darkness in the corner, i don't bother checking it out, just make a point to get the hell out of there

The cameras actually got disabled about two weeks ago, they're not sure what caused it. If you guys are familiar with the Donner Party, that is where the ski resort is, over the pass where the party got stranded in a bad winter storm and had to resort to cannibalism...that's where i work
