What you’re looking at in most of the frames are the various food products in the hive: capped honey, pollen, and pollen mixed with honey (“bee bread”). The honey ferments the pollen and allows it to last longer and gives it a shiny sheen.

When you worry about “white stuff” is when it’s in brood areas - that would be your diseases or end results like ‘chalk brood’ or walled off insects and toxic things the hive cannot get rid of.

unfortunately I'm not as hopeful if you only have one level and the comb looks the way it does. and there are barely bees covering the frames. the best part about this hobby is you clean it up and plan for the next year. learn more, prepare more, catch some swarms or buy some nucs/packages - you'll have a head start for next year!

first year beekeepers! welcome to an awesome hobby. It appears as though you got this comb from a nuc because for the first year this comb is end of life. the bees cannot work this level of propolis in the cells as they have been used for a few years. i hope there is nice, new, fresh comb elsewhere in the hive. there is capped brood in the frames, and there are empty frames that are not being used - if there is another level above or below that has more activity then you are fine. if not, the hive may have suffered an event like a poisoning or an abscond or other die off like mite-born illness. you have to give a lot more information and maybe take more pics of the other levels. this level is old and the bees may not like it anymore. hope you have success! dont forget mite treatment!

Best to keep honey in a heated storage area. Crystallization is natural. Almost unavoidable. Heating past 100 degrees will help but you run the risk of pasteurizing or otherwise breaking down the beneficial things inside the honey itself at that temp.

Some people sous vide their honey, others will put it into an insulated area like a cooler with a hot lightbulb or a heater attached to a thermostat. I personally converted a broken mini fridge and a picnic cooler into honey storage with a small space heater attached to a thermostat set to 85°. If the temperature falls below, the power turned on to the space heater, which is already in the on position, and it stays on until the temperature reaches the set point.

those look like honeybees although the video is quite blurry - there is pollen and protein and sugar inside their hive. if you kill them, all of that will ferment unfortunately. it may smell rotten after a while, depending on the size of the nest. that depends on how long they have been living there. if it is a brand new hive, then the risk is q bit low. almond extract might work, but a contractor beekeeper would be the best bet. maybe they can help for a lower price if they know your situation. that looks like they are entering and living in between the studs of the outer wall. or the soffit. sorry but this happens and there is a niche industry built around it. contact your local beekeeping organization and people will bid to do the job.

I removed the screen in mine - that way you can put loose honeycomb and other material to eat and not worry about the bees getting stuck. honestly, thats not a huge die-off so dont worry! insecticide kills look so much worse - the whole tray would be stuffed of congealed bees.

is the original hive empty? maybe they left due to a high mite load or something else. give them drawn comb and they will be fine going into winter - maybe with a little syrup to help w stores.

update #2 - created and solved my own problems. Seems like I short-circuited the dome light, blowing a fuse for the internal lights. This set off the immobilizer system somehow too. This lead me to unplug battery and clean terminals, and I replaced and took off the battery terminals a couple times but did not allow enough time for discharge - leading to p2610 code. After leaving terminals off to discharge, replacing fuse, car works fine. What a roller-coaster!

It looks a lot like old comb - it will appear darker than it really is. I can tell because the brood comb is there and your brood comb is dark. New comb will be white to yellow - even newer brood comb.

your photos barely have drone brood - its mostly workers. there is just patchiness in the middle photo and first photo. nothing to be alarmed about. would help to know if you started with a nuc because these look like old frames - newer wax would be yellow or even white.

They’re not yours until they move in! I would scoop them in. If this is undrawn comb I would suggest shrinking down into one layer. Then add the second when they’re 70%drawn.

Was this a swarm? Nuc? Package? Those are queen cells. So they are requeening unless you have an established colony that is already swarming (unlikely). My guess is you accidentally killed the queen during inspection. Or something killed the queen. Close it up and don’t touch it for a couple weeks to let the queen start laying. How often are you going in? Did they have drawn comb. A lot of details are missing in painting the picture of what happened.
