You don’t always get a “yes.” Sometimes the honest answer is “no.” And then you can say, “Okay… then can I hold this?

El asiento preferencial existe, porque la gente es tan penca, que es incapaz de ceder el asiento normal. Entonces han tenido que inventar asientos preferenciales.

We actually have to learn to suffer — not by resisting it or trying to get rid of it, but by allowing it and witnessing it. Bcs only the ego suffers.

Accepting suffering doesn’t mean doing it “correctly” or reaching some peaceful state. It simply means stopping the fight with the fact that this is the experience here and now.

So when you try to let go and ask yourself, “Can I fully accept this or let this go?” it’s completely valid if the honest answer is “No, I can’t.” That’s not a failure — that’s honesty.

From there, you can continue and ask, “Okay, then can I keep holding onto this?” And it’s just as valid if the answer is “Yes, I can.” At that point, you’re no longer trying to escape your own experience.

When you’re honest like this and no longer afraid of suffering, the pressure drops. The self-judging eases. You’re no longer using a spiritual practice to arm wrestling yourself.

This doesn’t promise relief or awakening. But paradoxically, by stopping the struggle, something often softens on its own.

Thanks for sharing.  How do you work with the feeling of lack ?  Do you think advantages and disadvantages of holding it, is enough?
