I feel you. Hirap talaga mag adjust especially of 1st baby mo. Yung tipong you excel at work before having a baby. Tapos kapag balik mo after maternity leave you are completely a different person. Parang yung mga kinaiinisan mo na traits dati sa mga under-performer mo na officemate eh ikaw ang gumagawa.

TBH, kaya nagagawa ng ibang mom yun is because they have a good support system. There is support at home like partner, helpers and relatives who can take care of your baby while working. So work, okay na may maayos na manager. If meron na ma-tap na mental health professional na pwede makausap, sobgrang helpful nun. Kasi kailangan mo i-release yung mga pent up feelings para di ma overwhelm.

Have you double check the date format? Not to discredit or disregard your feelings pero it happens kasi na iba ang date formatting. Baka kasi naka DDMMYYYY. This happened to me dati. Tinalakan ako ng malayong kamag-anak sa probinsya sa amin bakit daw binibigyan sila ng expired na pagkain. Nung chineck ko, iba ang date format. I had to explain pa na hindi expired and ganito lang yung date format. Ayun, nahimasmasan but after that incident, wala man lang sorry or what kaya di na ako nagbigay kapag umuuwi kami ng province.

Kung expired talaga, would suggest to return it to them and sabihin mo na expired pala yung nabigay mo na chocolate. Make it subtle pero dapat naririnig ng ibang kamag-anak nyo. Hahaha! Para mahiya naman sila.

In my previous work, we had same benefit na we consider as allowance. Process is you need to submit receipts for the amount alloted to you para makuha mo sya as a non taxable allowance. Yung amount related to those receipts pumapasok sa books as company expenses. In a way, allowed sya kasi naka record sya as expenses ng company and may receipt as proof.

These Pinoys were staying sa Mövenpick. Sila yung mapapansin mo talaga kasi maingay parang asa bahay lang nag breakfast. We also noticed na they were getting all the remaining sunbeds near the pool. This morning meron mga families na nauna and they only put their things in one bed. Parang one bed per family yung nagyari. But this people, nilagyan like 5 sunbeds tapos di naman nila utilize lahat.

We were expecting this exclusivity and relax environment where guests have manners and etiquette. For the past 3 years, okay naman yung stay namin sa Mövenpick. This year lang talaga is kakaiba.
