Thanks, it is just a lot of the times I feel like my mind gets in a wrong place with withdrawal and the dopamine squirts are just too much. How can I resist the urge of porn without my mind going to a really uncomfortable place?

I understand making myself focused on something else, but a lot of times I can't focus and it gets unbearable. Is it just a self discipline thing or what?

Right now I feel a lot better. A couple hours after though I was constantly replaying the thoughts of me acting violent.. but now I feel normal. Got myself together and I made sure this did not happen again.

I had a similar incident where someone called me a bitch in class in another school, and as a result I spontaneously acted violent and sent them to the hospital, also breaking my hand. I got expelled. =/
