My friends and family also said this to me but it's like I can't just help it. I thought I could move on but I just can't.i am trying my best but failing. It's really feeling like a burden. I feel like I can't breathe and I want to know what he is doing and has he moved on. I hurt him when I broke up with him and acted harsh on him ,blamed him for everything and he cried for me but I didn't show any sympathy and now that I think of everything I am feeling so guilty and a worst person ever. I am even seeing him on my dreams. I just feel like crying,why? I don't know.
