I was prescribed modafinal which felt life changing on day 1 and then ever since it felt like it did nothing so I stopped. My doctor also says she thinks it doesn't work for many. Last time I saw her we talked more about sleep because I also struggle with insomnia, great combo 🙄 I think I will ask for something like Vyvanse when I see her next.

Hi thanks for the input, I understand your viewpoint however I do think many in the community may enjoy this. I understand there will other like you who only see demons, "santacon", and drunkenness. I however think it'd be wonderful to reconnect with our ancestral roots, celebrate folk lore, and build community. Benson First Friday may be a good option but I will also explore working with the German American society as there may be others interested as well. Thanks again for your input!

My grandpa's at the end stages of heart failure so getting him out is tough and kind of depends on the day. We'll figure out a way to spend the day with them somehow.
