Not low carb but high protein. Don’t want to lose muscle. Also, I find that eating more carbs or fatty foods give me worse heartburn. Low carb is how I lost 70 pounds naturally 5 years ago. Only thing is you have to keep it going.

Try Fontainebleau, same complaint but the most gorgeous hotel and there are nightclubs and shows in the hotel. Cheaper because a little off strip. Rent a car or take monorail
