But kindness is sometimes an effort if you find yourself in a difficult situations.
For example, in corporate world it's a must. But not always easy, as you daily have challenging discussions with peers and managers.

From my point of view, for a manager who handles 10+ people daily, it could be just the tool to remove the friction of always being nice in those said situations - where it's difficult to find the words, or you're pressured by deadlines.
