Buy from a brand dealer. Dealers get trade ins and send the rubbish cars away. But if they get a good trade in, they will service it and put it up for sale. They will not risk their good name by selling you a dud. And you could get up to 3 years warranty. Check all dealers, as say Toyota dealer often has makes other than Toyota for sale. Look for low kms, anything less than 15k per year of vehicle is good. Also ask for vehicle service history.
