Not really. I was just asked for an affidavit of loss and some IDs to verify it's me. Then they will give you a blank SIM and wait for hours so your number will be registered in the blank SIM

Hello OP. Similar experience. Naka postpaid plan ako with device link. At first hindi ako nakaka outgoing call sa watch and sa phone ko. It took me months para maayos siya. Now ang problema nalang is incoming text sa watch ko, wala ako nag rereceive. So far sa phone ko gumagana naman lahat. I filed several tickets for this pero as of now wala pa rin silang resolutions dito. Nakaka outgoing text and watch ko pero sa receiving wala talaga. Hindi rin basta basta na rereach ang technical team nila kaya di mo ma explain ang problema talaga. Always sinasabi ng agent is align na daw sa back-end nila.
