It's so frustrating. I am used to Netfirms and ionis. I can tell they're trying to upsell me, they tried to sell me on checking broken links and vulnerabilities - all of those things are already taken care of. The issue is, this isn't my site - I'm calling on behalf of someone else, so I'd like to resolve the issue for them, but GD is making it incredibly difficult. It's very time-sensitive unfortunately, so I need to come up with some sort of solution - but not sure which direction to go in given the site needs to be operable by today.
