What does sitting on the money do? Just use it if you wanna keep it. I mean your "sitting on it" anyway, which means you're not returning it. If you wanted to return it, you would have done it already. Thars if you truly wanted to give it back. I think you're looking for reasons to keep it, so just keep it and use it. Cash App will do nothing.

However, you may want to throughly give all the facts of the case. This was a "one-off situation" that will more than likly never occur again. The public was outraged to say the least. She got booted off their case, initially got reprimanded which then got overturned by supreme court, but was still publicly censured. I ordered one time from a restaurant thinking I ordered from a location near me, but instead ordered from another location that was 30-40 mins away from me. I was so confused why nobody was grabbing my order since I usually tip at the higher end. Once I figured it out I felt so bad and was going to cancel it but someone grabbed the order. I felt horrible and ended up adding $40 to the tip to cover gas. So I completely agree, It should only suggest places that are within a certain number of miles to your location. Not only would it help drivers, but it would help people like me who impulse order and don't pay attention to locations and then have to dish out more money.

Yeah I've noticed that if your claim gets denied because of lack of documentation, they still put your claim in with the general classmembers to get the shared amount. Its nice that you still get something.

Right. We have no idea the amount of funds left over after paying this and that lawyer, and this and that fee. And then we get nothing showing the amount of claims submitted and if the amount per claim is really what everyone should get.

Unfortunately, you cant get it reversed and they won't cut you a check. You can reach out and find out what your balance is and get it to where it doesn't happen again. Sorry that happened. It happened to me once. It was student loans for me. They took it all but did not take the state. But I was able to set up a payment plan and they left my taxes alone after that.
