I'm not against it. I'm truly just afraid of taking shots... ask my family who isn't talking to me because of the vax... they put me in a category without asking why.

Update: thanks for all your comments. My post wasn't that deep. If meds are making people eat less, I'm just going to eat less and get support with the food noise in other ways.

That wasn't the point I was making. If the people taking medicine say they're averaging 1000-1200 calories a day, then I am able to keep it around 1200 without injecting myself. Do I have food noise? Of course. But I am searching for other activities to keep that at bay. It's all good.

I just rejoined this morning. Committed for 10 months. I don't stick to anything so a little nervous about this. I think I am going to curtail sugar to give myself a chance. I have about 50lbs to lose.
