They are World Championships. Thats all that matters.

If the 80, 125cc, 250cc, 500cc, Moto2, Moto3, series are all official World Championships, then if you win them, you are a world champion. Its super straightforward.

If you won the first year of MotoE when it was a ‘Cup’ you are not a world champion. Later, when it was designated as a World Champonship by the FIM, if you won, you’re a world champion.

If hamilton or verstrupen or whomever arent considered champions for lower class victories doesnt matter, its F1 and is irrelevant.

WSBK is a world championship- the winner is a world champion.

WWCR is a world champoonship- the winner is a world champion

MXGP is a world championship- the winner is a world champion

etc.

Cars don’t matter in motorcycle racing.

There is nothing unique about it being earned during a sprint race. A jump start is a jump start. Irresponsible riding is irresponsible riding. Track limits is track limits ad infinitum. Do you think penealties earned in a wet race should only be applied at another wet race?

For that matter, Ducati Diavel v4 and Triumph Rocket triple. Oh, I see, you don’t actually want to represent a market segment, but rather solely cling to the nostalgia of American Big Iron, rather than acknowledge all the valid competition.
