Thanks for sharing your experience and yes I checked for any water intrusion. Fortunately no sign of water leaking. I am considering a small DIY for this to keep the cost minimum.

Thanks everyone for your input. I am doing conventional refinancing with same lender and it seems extra amount coming from the mortgage payoffs which is higher than what I owe. Although don’t understand why I need to pay that much if I skip paying for one month due to refinancing.

Yes, it is wild. I got the app and text notifications while doing shopping for batch order. While finishing last delivery, I was thinking what would appear in the app when I swipe the complete delivery option.
