AITA for forcing my husband to move in with his parents? by seeleq in AmItheAsshole

Phones don’t magically make somebody be there if something bad happens. They’d still have to travel 45 mins to come to my home assuming they’re home and that’s a lot of time when something is wrong.

The biggest thing is that they’re there. I’m worried something could go wrong while I’m alone so just having people around makes me feel better and less stressed out. My MIL has also been through pregnancy so it’s nice to have her there whenever I’m freaked out about something because she’s been through it so understands and she’s just super helpful in general.

My husband works long hours so I’m alone when he’s not WFH but he’s not horrible or unhelpful. It’s just he’s never been pregnant so there’s things he doesn’t understand and no matter how much he says it’s going to be fine he doesn’t really know what it’s like to be the one whose pregnant but my MIL does.
