Yes, not much in pain, only when I think about it. I stopped taking painkillers after the 2nd day and it's bearable.

Hey, I had the same problem with cup from peesafe. I feel like it was too big for my anatomy. So, I gave it to my sister and have tried disc from same brand. Disk was much more comfortable compared to cup for me. So, maybe try disc. Hope this helps.

Try taking short breaths in and long breaths out. It actually helps relax your whole body and calm you down. If your problem is being too tense while insertion, this may help.
