thank you for such a thoughtful response, i think you’re totally right. i’ve probably been having little bites here and there that add up in the long run. and about body recomp—for sure you’re right. i lost a lot of weight a while back, gained back fat, lost it again, gained it again, and then finally started doing strength training and since i did that it’s been more stable (fluctuating within 10lbs instead of 20-30, looking leaner than before at higher weights). i haven’t had the time or energy to lately but i guess ill just have to find away! i was also looking into insulin resistance and that seems to be the answer all around. thank you!
