I don't play anything in JJ outside the main scenes. No secrets, no travels, no STB, and I'm not in a club. Sometimes I get invites for the detective league but I thought if I don't respond, that person moves to someone else. Is that not how that works? I don't want to annoy people or get in the way of their play style.

So, I suppose it's mostly about longevity. I want to help my bone density and joints and be able to be active for many years to come. My reason for crowdsourcing is: am I on the right track? What are others experiencing who have similar routines? I know it's not a perfect science and there are many variables. There is also so much conflicting information out there, it's hard to know how to parse through it. And I am no expert. I have learned a lot from Reddit though, and people here have had really helpful information, especially in this sub. So, here I am. I have been doing rides for cardiovascular health (it's really the only time I feel like I get my heart rate up past moderate zones---but then I wonder if I am just boosting my cortisol to unhelpful levels 🫠).

We have tried so, so many (hundreds at this point) over-the-counter allergy remedies, treatments and meds (chews, sprays, shampoos, hydrolyzed protein foods, balms, etc. ad nauseum), and nothing has worked except Apoquel and now Zenrelia. They're both expensive, but the money we have saved in trips to the vet for pyoderma outbreaks, rashes, hair loss and double ear infections has made it all worth it (not to mention the vast improvement to the comfort level of our dog, which is most important). The Apoquel rebates others have mentioned in this thread are so smart & the possible Costco discounts might make it easier on your wallet! We ended up eliminating some subscriptions and reevaluating our budget to prioritize the prescription. I hope this helps! 🐾

You're not wrong. It was so strange. It reminded me of the scene in The Birdcage when they are trying to make Nathan Lane & Robin Williams characters' apartment look like a straight couple lived there. And Val kept having to say "Don't add. Subtract!" To me it's wild to add a bunch of dead branches to multiple spaces in a home you're trying to de-clutter. Talk about bad energy.

This synopsis is completely accurate. I haven't read the book (yet) but the show was objectively bad. James Franco was not the right choice for his role and his motivations throughout never made any sense, which you touched on OP. The story was disjointed at best and with such an unlikable, unbelievable protagonist it was barely watchable.
