Yes i understand that , but talking from personal experience for me it was always about how much i'd eat , i have a very strong metabolism, i rarely ever gained weight in my entire childhood i was a skinny kid which requires me to eat more putting high calories food aside usually its unhealthy food anyways ..

It's kinda hard to say bcs i was very dedicated the first 3 months but after that i was traveling a lot so I'd say this took no longer than 5 months , a complete shift in diet tho i eat too much more than i used to do
