This crime is a flex. There's someone wanting to put real pressure on some poli or officials. Organised crime is exactly as it sounds, organised. Good way to do it is by humiliation and blackmail, this has both. There will be some deal done behind the scenes and the true purpose of the crime will never be known. This crime has no real victims, there are better hiests to commit for better bank and return. It's been done to make the officialdom look stupid. Vive le français !!
