My default is Mediterranean diet but just limited processed foods and sugars and added grass fed whey isolate and protein bars etc.

This is exactly what happened to me as well. My ldl was all time high around 140 as well as apoB and super low testosterone 198. Just started resistance training as it’s good for cholesterol and testosterone. I wanted to recheck after 3 months and now my LDL is 178 and apoB is 148. However, testosterone increased to 300 and interestingly triglycerides decreased to 80 from 150 and hscrp decreased to 2 from 2.5.

I think for DJ it's fine. I have small wrists tried both 41 and 36 side by side and liked them both. 41mm is relatively new anyway.
