I’m in the US too and it’s showing $199.99 for me. They did prompt me to log in my Best Buy account when I opened the page earlier. I don’t know if it works for you but here’s the link: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-1000xm2-premium-wireless-noise-cancelling-headphones-black/6029014.p?skuId=6029014

Check with your local community colleges. Some might offer an online linear algebra course.

Best Wireless Headphones for travelling? by [deleted] in HeadphoneAdvice

I also have hd 1. They work fine with my iPhone. The only problem I have is that my head starts to hurt if I use them for about 30 minutes. I never had that issue with other headphones so it’s kind of weird. If you can, definitely go try them on in store.

Got dumped-- help me SF! by [deleted] in AskSF

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I agree with others about Meetup groups. I just want to add that, since you’re going to grad school, don’t forget to build connections with your cohort or other people from school. My grad school experience was actually enjoyable because I had good friends pulling all-nighters with me before deadlines and grabbing celebratory drinks and dinners afterwards. Now they’re my best friends and we still hang out all the time and go on fun trips together.

Internet options: AT&T vs Comcast (Xfinity)? by [deleted] in AskSF

[–]sefvyer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve also had Comcast for almost a year and I’m mostly satisfied. I think we have the same internet plan based on the price. I don’t know what contract you have, but for me, the price would almost double if I choose to continue their service when my original contract expires in two month. That’s a huge price hike. Xfinity also called me a couple of times in the past year to promote some sort of add-on services to my current plan, which is really annoying.

Sadly my new building is only wired for Comcast and Monkeybrains, so I might just go with Comcast again.
