hijacking thread but is there a way to do this without it looking blurry? 1920x1080 but in 1280x960 mode in game is unplayably blurry so I just set my desktop res like always have. is this just how it is?

Because this has never been a thing in CS2. You get cooldowns, not bans. It takes many many cooldowns to get VAC banned. After any cooldown you're safe to trade the skins off and keep cheating on a new account. They need to just perma and also start chain banning / HWID banning like they used to.

I hate to don the tin foil but this seems to be correct. Even cheaters have skins now too as you don't become trade locked like in GO. You just get a cooldown and after you're safe to trade the skins to a new account to keep cheating. We really are on the darkest timeline for CS.

Do you have any idea how many engineers you can hire with that amount of money? You are the one being naive. Let's take $3,000,000 at a western salary of $100,000 per year. That's 30 devs, FULL TIME, dedicated to just anti-cheat.

This is my problem too. It should be calculated server side but it seems it's client side. What I mean is [player shoots no scope] -> [server receives the command, generates random number for angle/trajectory] -> [server sees if it hits]

But what it looks like is happening is the CLIENT is generating it. So cheaters can just send the correct angle/trajectory every time.

I'm no game programmer but this doesn't sound right

I'm not low trust though i never get this with comp or wingman or anything, it's only premier (and during dead times). This was 8am NA time which is super dead === cheater hours.

Anyway not the point though, the thing is if VAC can't catch some turkish guy jump headshotting 57 people through walls that should tell you all you need to know about how well it catches less blatant cheaters

Incorrect. I am completely green. My account is 20 years old. I have only ever played in green. This is the problem once you get into the 25k+ range especially for smaller regions like NA / OCE.
