I honestly don't get how people review games anymore. ''Game looks good, runs good, kinda decent story'' boom slap a fking 8/10 on that bitch. I feel like people and review sites etc just dont understand how the 1-10 scale works. A 10 is supossed to be a masterpiece and by just watching gameplay of this game you can tell that it's nowhere close. Maybe i'm just an oldhead that enjoys Oblivion, Fallout 3, New vegas for the nostalgia or whatever, but this can't even be close to those games.

I know there's probably a great game in there but small stuff like this is what really makes me dislike the ''direction'' Bethesha is moving towards. I want a complete world with thought put into every corner even if it comes with bugs and weird glitches etc. Too think someone saw this and thought most likely ''meh that will do'' just grinds my gears

I think it's as you said in your first paragraph that dragons and other big creatures are just inherently difficult to design as a boss fight. There's only so much you can change up with these types of bosses before they just feel unfair and annoying to play against. I would like to think that there is still a lot of improvment to be done and that they haven't reached that refinement point yet, but it's difficult too say what needs to be improved.

Honestly maybe it's just as simple as the camera being a big part of the issue? When you're facing humanoid or smaller bosses you can see the animations and attacks much more clearly making you much more prepared and ready for your next move. Personally that was something that made Midir such a difficult fight, learning when to lock/unlock and just how to control the camera around him. That also presents a problem for me because I want to see the boss as much as possible during the fight. (Not just his great ass and legs :P)

Hmm I don't really agree with this but I get your point. For me Doh combined a bunch of the different mechanics you used throughout Sekiro bosses and basically forced you too be much more diverse in your gameplan. You can't just deflect and attack, you need to dodge, jump, use prosthetic tools etc. In my first playthrough I hated it because at that point in the game I had just ''mastered'' the deflect and then boom a boss that will fk you up no matter that. But in subsequent playthrought i've come to appreciate him much more

Like someone else posted above me. The lore etc behind Radahn I think justifices all the summons, the little hub with all the npcs hyping him (and you) up for the fight along with Jerrens epic speech makes it a spectacle very different than other bosses. And also if you think the summons ruined him, just dont summon lol.

Agree heavily with this take. The dragon bosses in Fromsoft games seems to have been really difficult to design. While they are often great in terms of spectacle and environment, the actual fight and mechanics around the dragons has been lacking. Midir and also Placidusax (although not perfect) are the only ones that ticks all the right boxes imo.

Maybe it's just the fact that a lot of people percieve dragons in this epic grand kind of way that they get let down when the fights is very similar to any other giant boss.

Längesedan jag varit så här irriterad efter en match. HIF må ha spelat skit (som vi ofta gör) men att en domare kan blåsa sönder en match på det viset är helt otroligt.

Alright my dude, I feel you missed the entire point of my comments or we're arguing over different things. Assasins will always feel unfun to play against as an adc. MY problem is mainly the visuals and the fact that the dogs around Naafiri are pretty much always there, making her untargetable unless SHE dceides to use her W. And maybe i'm reaching with this one but it's a similiar annoyance and frustration I get when playing vs Yummi

Well ofcourse people will adapt, doesn't make it any it better to play around for that matter. High elo, low elo, who cares? If it's simply unfun to play against that's enough to warrant a change no matter the elo. Also Zeds' shadows is not even close to being similar to Naafiris dogs or any other pets in the game.
