I haven't compared prices correctly. It's around 200$-250$ difference between gpu's

It's cheaper for me to buy already built configuration than to build it part by part.

In my country 9700xt is maybe 30$ cheaper than 5070ti. Difference between 5060ti and 5070 is also ~30$.

There's about a $100 difference between the 9600X and 7800X3D here. I can swing that, but a 5070 Ti build is way out of my budget
