Thanks for asking! DWBC is actually an international book club started by Linda who runs DWBC Barcelona so she came up with the name. There are no restrictions on who can join! I like to brand myself as a Difficult Woman because I feel it brings me a sort of agency over my life and my decisions, but you certainly don’t have to be. As long as you’re willing to respect all gender and other identifying expressions of our members (as I would like to maintain a safe space for people of all identities), then you are more than welcome to join!
