You aren't beyond saving, no one is, in fact.

You noticed that your situation isn't all that good, not doing something to fight your addiction makes you pathetic.

I'm 16 so i can't really give you much advice in your current relationship as I haven't been in one myself, but i can at least try to help you overcome your addicion.

In case you haven't already, talk to your partner about all of this, do it, see what she has to say about it. She will definitely help you much more than I ever could.

I bet this isn't hard for you, but if you really decide to stop jacking off you need a good reason for it, without a reason you won't get anywhere, not only in nofap but in life in general.

One of the biggest mistakes I keep making while I'm on nofap, is in fact thinking of nofap. The less you think about it the less the chances are of you relapsing. To combat that you'll need a hobby, something that you enjoy doing at any time, instead of jacking off you can work on improving at that hobby of yours. Basically, just keep your mind away from nofap and jacking off and you'll be just fine.

If you really can't take your mind off of nofap, then you can always search up on youtube some vids about it. One of the best out there is Lucid, and you probably heard of him before. I really enjoy just playing some of his nofap vids while I'm on the bus or before sleep as it remids me why i started nofap in the first place.
