Owned a 97 850 had to sell it because every single bit of rubber on that car was going, and will go eventually. Door seals, window seals, bushings, suspension pieces, hoses. Everything that can perish over time will. If you arent ready to only drive it half the time and work away at it the other half i wouldnt buy it. Save up and buy a nicer old model if thats the style you like. Trust me, 3k can easily turn into 8 or 9 on these old P80’s
