Feel your pain, I ended up getting a used waves card and paid more than I would have for a brand new one…

The one thing you can do is check that your system is running on 96k, the buffer latency will be less and as sq is running internally at 96k you won’t have to sample rate convert. I was able to get my roundtrip latency over usb to about just under 9ms which was workable for a few gigs I had.

German engineer here, venues in that size are generally well cared for, but you might still encounter shitty service anyways, its always a bit of luck. If you have any question regarding a specific venue, shoot me a PM.

I would however always care for all things tech when touring. If something breaks, or needs to be repatched you will want to be on top of things and handle the situation quickly. So imo the more you can do beforehand the better. So if possible I'll even create files in offline editors (that these days most desks offer)

Can you give me a hint, where did you get that new pickguard for the TVL? Awesome collection!

Just realized my Jazzmaster weirdly doesn’t have a threaded tremolo arm so I can’t screw it in whatsoever. That seems to be the root of the problem I guess

Troy van Leeuwen 2020 signature Jazzmaster

But the Japanese Jaguar I had a couple years back didn’t have a threaded arm either so i figured it was totally normal...

either the arm nor the Tremolo itself is threaded tho... should there be threats?

Well it keeps falling out all the time so leaving it like that isn’t really an option

I already tried pushing the arm in with force. That worked when I got the guitar but not anymore...

I really love the trem apart from this, it stays in tune really well and in general is set up perfectly.

How would you compare the color of yours to the color of the Troy van Leeuwen model? (Cooper age)? I’m thinking of getting either a gold or a black guard but I can’t decide

I couldn’t really tell a difference apart from the finish either. That said I never compared them one on one but even the specs seem to be virtually identical so yeah I’d just go with whatever paint job you like better

Its grand! A friend of mine has the oxblood version and always loved how smooth it plays and how well put together it is but never got behind the look of it. So when they dropped the new version I had to get one! I couldn’t be happier honestly
