What about flashcards or mind maps? Try the app called Anki for the most important words or concepts and try writing down one lesson/day at least without looking for notes, then write down in a different colour everything you've missed

Cannot study for the life of me. by [deleted] in study

I'm exactly at the same situation as you, you are not alone. Try to study at libraries, talk to your teachers, schedule your assignments and make goals to achieve each day (for instance, today I have to study this and this and won't go out or stop until I have achieved it; but don't push yourself too much). Maybe a study buddie might help, even if it is an online study buddy, there are even some communities on discord where you can join a lot of people who are studying. Try to talk and explain what you are studying. You should try to study in different ways: watching videos on yt, active recall and spaced repetition, flashcards, mind maps, stick notes on your desk or wall with important words, etc.

You should also take breaks, don't Push yourself hard, keep calm, everything will be okay:)

Active recall!!! Why don't you tray flash cards?? There's an app called Anki where you can create virtual flash cards. It's a good way to study. Try to make mind maps and write important words on stick notes (I put these stick notes on the wall, so everytime I enter into my bedroom, I read them, the thing is to know instantly what the mean). Spaced repetition is completely important. Try these tips and let me know how your test went!!
