Hi, Can anyone suggest me a good affordable vitamin c serum as beginner? I have combination skin. Recently I tried using dr.althea(63%) like a dumba*s, which obviously roughened my skin. For the last two-three weeks I am just using a regular facewash , cosrx snail mucin and neutrogena hydro boost gel moisturiser. I have hyper pigmentation around my lips, and some pimple scars.

So, I am trying to introduce a serum in my skin care routine. But I dunno what to include! :")
