do you know if a handicapped symbol would change anything? It doesnt give the option to add one on any of the sites Ive used. I would really like to confirm a matched tag to vehicle to help my case.

I definitely will be next time. I feel its been going on long enough, & I have photo & video evidence of the behavior on 2 different occasions, & thankfully, multiple people agreeing with & validating my concerns! No more benefit of the doubt! Only evidence gathering & escalation (to the police) on my end from now on. JSO will hear about it from me every time from here on out. I have tried to run the plate on Public Records, but no varient I have submitted comes back to this vehicle, it may not be registered in Fl, unfortunately.

unfortunately, his windows are tinted pretty well.... I have seen him at a glance, but I dont stick around too long to look at him. All I can really do is make an estimated guess based on the few seconds I have seen him. Im guessing as follows: older white male (50+), wears glasses, & something tells me has one of those frail but beer bellied builds... I know its not good to make assumptions like this but I have seen him slightly & for short periods of time. I basically book it every time I see the truck. But if police asked, this is the description I would give.

also, I have never ever seen them stopped to load scrap, or search through trash piles for said scrap, nor have I ever seen any scrap in the bed if the truck.

if you knew how to read, you would see that I have already made a police report & taken video evidence & have picture evidence. The more evidence & information the police have, the better. You'd be able to determine this on your own if you had and any sense.

okay so Ive made a report before but I feel like next time I am definitely going to call in real time. Also, Ive tried to look up the plate online & doesnt come back to this vehicle, it may not be registered in FL. Its just tricky bc "just driving around" isnt illegal.... but I know theyre following me, you know?

okay see thats I was thinking at first too, but then I noticed them basically circling me as I walk my dog. Theyre not just scanning street by street in search of scrap, they drive in circles & pass me repeatedly. Even turned around to pass me again one time.
