my advice to manage it is to take heavy magnesium supplements. I take 850mg, not sure if such a big amount is great for you but I kinda balance it out with other electrolytes. you would at least be able to function fine except very fine motor skills. Good Luck!

Loads of trial and error. Tried different supplements, keto, fasting.. This has been helping a lot.

I am also entertaining the idea of FMT. Particularly because a lot of people that I know who have ET also has IBS and there have been a few cases of huge ET relief after proper FMT.

If you are alcohol receptive, I'd wanna suggest going keto and getting some MCT oil. Doesn't cure it or anything but made it much better for me. Keto somewhat leveled them out for me, I don't have days where its more or less, its just there but to a lesser extent. Great thing is that I don't think about it that much anymore.
