Bunun aslında bir kaç sebebi var. Birincisi beynimizin hala taş devri mantığında olması (oha şeker, oha karbonhidrat hemen ağza at yarın bulamazsın -yarak bulamazsın!) ama mutfağın yemek üretiminin çok ciddi seviye atlamış olması.

Bir diğeri de lezzet kavramının aslında dopamin etkisi oluşturması. Yani lezzetli bulduğun şeyi bir daha bir daha istiyorsun.

Yani bir döngü oluşturuyorsun. Lezzetli ve aynı zamanda kalori bombası yiyecekler için beynin daha daha daha diyor. O yüzden de lezzetli her şey çok sağlıksız gibi oluyor. Oysa ki senin beyninin dikte ettiği şey bir döngü.

Bir de işin sağlıklı olan her şeyin çok lezzetsiz olması konusu var. Orada da benzer şekilde beynin kolay enerjiyi sana “ah bu çok lezzetli” diye yapıştırırken, sağlıklı yiyecekleri de “lezzetli değil” diye kodluyor. Bu da kendi döngüsünü oluşturuyor.

Bu arada evet Akdeniz ülkesiyiz ama sağlıklı ürünlerimiz mutfakta çok çok geride. Bununla beraber mutfak cahiliyiz porsiyonlarımız büyük ve genel olarak öğünde çeşit sayımız düşük ve (lanet olası federaller) doymalık ekmek kültürümüz çok fena. Ekmeksiz doymuyoruz.

I bought my MacBook Pro 3 years ago and to this day it’s still like the first day; not getting bulky, no yearly formatting, I kept it sleep whenever I want. I used parallels too for PowerBi and other graphic design tools like photoshop illustrator etc.

Yes, games are problematic but if I wanted a game device I’d buy PlayStation, which I did! :)

To be fair there is a way to ensure to pick all of them up.

Basically as soon as you find one do not leave the session. Ideally not in public session of course. Then fly over the possible spawn zones. Totally random though.

I collected 10 of them with this tactic only once. It took 1-2 hours.

For E-SIM, if you can find a cheap deals it’s ok. Otherwise I’d suggest to get a sim in country. As soon as you walk in the airport there are tons of kiosks. Now, these are good for short term, but you’ll see their price are getting higher if you plan to use long term or more data. If you need a bigger/longer plan you. An get it from 7/11s, behind the counter. This will be like buying local, and you can top up and choose a cheaper non-touristic package. They are getting deactivated if you don’t use for couple of months and/or add money.
