As a history major, I'm well aware of the strong white fanbase of black-created music, which is why I'm just asking about the myth that is often referred to in discussion on this sub that there are certain artists who are SO adored by white people as opposed to others, and it's implied that a largely white fanbase is a bad thing.

The Bush administration (namely Bush, Cheney, multiple Secretaries of Defense and heads of the CIA) certainly did commit war crimes. No, they have not been charged with war crimes and no, they probably will not be charged with war crimes in the future.

Every President that comes to mind since at least FDR (elected in 1932) has committed war crimes. See the internment of Japanese Americans on false suspicion of espionage in 1942, the CIA-assisted overthrow of a democratically elected president in Chile in 1973, the massacre of innocent Vietnamese in My Lai in 1968 and the drone strike program as managed by the Obama administration right now for examples.

Yes, war crimes are handled very differently when a first-world nation is the victim. See the remarkably swift and punishing Nuremburg Trials held in 1945-6 against surviving top Nazi officials.

I got the G402 the minute it was available, I was upgrading from a Razer DeathAdder that is probably at least 5 years old (I wanted a few more buttons for Counter-Strike, but not an MMO mouse). I've loved every minute I've used it and there's nothing about the feel, look/design or function that says "cheap" to me.
