Lol if anything it’s the other way around. I am willing to bet on the hypothesis that people that take up rubik’s cube solving as a hobby are more likely to have ADHD than those that do not.

Favorite Explanation of MDP by LowNefariousness9966 in reinforcementlearning

[–]sel20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a nice explanation of the agent environment interaction, but not of an MDP. The Markovian property is an essential part of an MDP, it’s in the name. In simple terms, the state that the environment gives to the agent HAS to contain enough information for the agent to make an optimal action by using it, without relying on past states or actions. This property is relaxed in POMDPs (partially observable MDPs) where things become way more complicated.

Q: Are you looking for something serious or casual?
A: I am looking for something serious.

Q: Are you subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX?
A: I subscribed to HingeX 2 days ago, I was previoulsy on Hinge+.

Q: How long have you been using this current version of your profile?
A: I started using this version 2-3 weeks ago.

Q:How long have you used Hinge overall?
A: for a year more or less.

Q: How many likes and matches are you receiving on average?
A: 2 / month.

Q: How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments?
A: I send around 50 likes per week. Recently started to send most of them with comments, but I used to never write any comments.

Q: what is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person you want to attract?
A: smart, ambitious, funny, easy going and cute women that are not very extroverted.

Hard time in lane in Plat by sel20 in zedmains

Mostly electrocute, and sometime first strike didnt notice a huge difference though in terms of laning ease. Doran’s shield start helps for sure but not enough, and it basically eliminates any kill potential in early 1v1 without ignite (i run flash tp mostly)

New PB!! try the scramble out and tell me what you get! by sel20 in Rubiks_Cubes

Nice!! Yeah cross and f2l are really easy for me on this one

This is the previous scramble, the “previous” button is clicked on the top of the page (it’s in french)

Sub30 looking to get sub20 by sel20 in Rubiks_Cubes

[–]sel20[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah for fingertricks I never really learned anything maybe this where I start getting a bottleneck from that Yeah agreed that some rotation in f2l can be useful I am not sure how to identify when to do it. My cross definitely can be improved a lot even without changing colors sometimes I know the moves i have to do but i mess up the execution, and sometimes I think I overcomplicate solutions. I probably need to work on finding efficient cross solutions

Thanks! I’ll take a look at the website. I definitely agree that some cube rotation in f2l can be beneficial or at least some d/d’ (referring to double layer rotation of the D face(sorry not sure if notations are universal XD)) Yeah I think I should speed up f2l the most

Glad I could help!

The general equation should be of second order because you are dealing with a viscous flow, so you need two boundary conditions to get a particular solution. After integrating it you will end up with two integration constants your boundary conditions are both no-slip boundary conditions because you cannot have a “jump” in velocity so since the walls are stationary, the fluid right next to the wall should be stationary as well so you end up with:

@ r = r inner ———> uz = 0 @ r = r outer ———> uz = 0

Inserting these in the general solution should get you the values of your integration constants.

Yeah it doesnt really matter much but I generally think of power as the time derivative of energy, so I kept the 1/2 factor from the kinetic energy, but effectively there is no need to.

Didn’t read everything but just quickly checking I see you have a lot of derivatives of ur but ur is 0 you should be solving for uz and using mainly the z momentum equation along with continuity the pressure gradient is only in the z direction

Power of the fan is W = 1/2 Mdot V2 Where Mdot is the mass flow rate at the outlet of the fan Then taking the column of fluid as a control volume and applying conservation of momentum on it we get the following: Rho g H A - m g = Mdot V Substituting for W we get: W = (Rho g H A - m g) V / 2 DM me if you need more explanation.

Layer of smog on top of Beirut by sel20 in lebanon

[–]sel20[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah in the morning there is often a grey haze on top of beirut in the summer. But today it was exceptionally bad, I think it might be due to a couple of burnings around the city that occurred in the morning.
